Well, I had a friend who's truck went submerged in the boat basin at Pendleton. He spent the night with it flushing fresh water through the engine, tranny, axle and flooding it everywhere with a hose--after the fire department first blasted the shit out of it with a fire hose. It survived okay, but we had to rewire a large portion of the truck because the salt water ate the wiring.
That was a 1959 F100. A new truck probably has much better sealed wiring, but it also has more secret places that would be difficult to flush out. That truck needs to be dropped into a swimming pool, seriously.
