My idea of a Shelby Ranger if there would have been one.

Working on the truck this weekend but no plans on what I am going to do... Maybe lift the bed off and get the rest of the small stuff done like tightening the filler neck clamp on the fuel tank and such... Maybe finish the hidden hitch :dunno: Still a lot of small things left to do that doesn't require cash..

Today was very productive! Got all the ground effects on. The hidden hitch is done!!! Discovered I can't weld except body panels and such.. The fuel filler neck is done! Antilock brake issue fixed!! She is coming along quite nicely!

What are you going to do for the license plate when your towing something ??

I have an idea about your exhaust exit if your taking any ideas, do like the one person did with the motorcycle mufflers, and bring them through the back pan. Just have to cut two holes of the right size with a hole saw, and use a Y to pipe them both out.

Robert

p.s. Still best looking Truck on here, just my humble opinion.

Thanks Robert.. I am going to use an old school license plate bracket from a Caddy. Back in the day the gas filler was behind the tag and it was spring loaded to stay up.. Kinda like a screen door with a spring to stay closed.. As far as the exhaust goes I am pretty much done with anything that cost cash unless I gotta have it... I am tired of working on it and want it done! The last year working on it every weekend for the most has worn me out.

ok, I was just wondering, I had a 69 and 70 mercury couger that has the same plate setup.

Yay, multi has a tow point for when he gets stuck in dem mud hoooolezzzzzz. Lookin' awesome, as usual. :icon_thumby:

Nothing really picture worthy today but got the power to both seats wired and in place.. Also ran another power supply from the aux fuse block under the hood to inside the cab for any future mods.. The heated seats are out... I wired them but they wouldn't stay on the light flashed only by holding down the power switch which is the same thing they did back when I first wired them up... It doesn't get that cold down here in Georgia anyway...
