so burgoo is like what us Yankees call cowboy beans. MAde em for the forth too! MMMMMMM. Hamburger, beans, onions, pepers, brats (sausage boiled in beer), chicken, just about everything you could put in there = heavenly.

i think they are a little different...burgoo is chopped mutton and prok along with corn potatoes butter beans tomatoes along with lots of other veggies and sauces and spices

Yea it aint cheep, the hog was a little over 200 and by the time everything was done burgoo hog beef ribs and chickens and all the side dishes I'd say we spent a good $800 too much for me I woulda been fine with a hot dog but dad likes to get carried away with things
