Recall on my F150

So i arrive home today with a letter from ford stating that i have a recall on my cruise control system in that it can catch on fire at any point in time EVEN without the key in the ignition... No biggy... I call the Ford dealership to see when they can get me in only to find out that i have yet another recall on my fuel pressure regulator... This is just a heads up to anyone with an 87-95 F150 that you might have a recall... They told me that the fuel pressure regulator could cause a fuel pump problem (which i already replaced) and that if you have already replaced it you might be able to get reimbursed... so just a heads up to call your dealership and give them your vin and they can check over the phone...

Yea by vin number where i just bought it and had the title sent off to be in my name it brought it up

Yeah, they are old recalls that previous owners didn't bother to take care of and when you get the title in your name they send you stuff that hasn't been taken care of. I got a recall for my 99 like a month after I bought it....
