94 ranger headlight swap

Hi,I've searched the site here and can't find any info on swapping a new set of clears(headlights and signals)as well as a grill from a 1998-2000 style onto a 1993-1997 Ranger.Do you need to replace the header panel as well?I know I have to cut the fender on the front , that's no biggy as the truck needs paint anyways..Thanks.

I could be wrong but I think you have to change out the core support along with your headlights and grill. I think you may also need the fenders from your 98-00. My neighbor a couple years ago put a 08 clip on the front end of his 99 after he rear ended some one....made it look like a while new truck
