I like the door panels! I was thinking of doing something similar to mine because my truck has a red and black theme. But yours is lookin good and keep up the work!

God you make me feel like a bum.

God you make me feel like a bum.

lol why is that?

The center console still isnt in, i've been lazy, i did get my ebrake pedal disconnected and removed though and i finished the mounting bracket for the console, i also got to work on my bumper, cut out some holes for reverse lights since i can't see a thing at night withthe tinted windows and i sanded all the rust off. I just coated it in some rust inhibiter just to make sure none ever comes back and ill be working on brackets to mount the light tommorow aswell as painting it

Because I waisted the last two years of my life palying video games when I shoulda been doing this.

some photos of the bumper and progress on hooking up the hand brake

note to self, disconect cable before unbolting pedal assembly in the future:icon_twisted:

there is just enough hard line that you can route the cable pretty much the same just turning it over towards the center off the truck right at this bracket but its a pretty sharp corner so ill have to see how well it releases.

I cut a hole in the flore the perfect size for the 3 pronged clip thing to clip into and it holds snug then i just cut a notch in the handbrake where i could slide the cable in without it popping out

the cops told me I had 7 days to get a bumper on so i scrapped the roll pan idea and just cleaned up my old bumper,

cut some holes for reverse lights so i can actually see at night through the tinted windows,

I managed to get the whole bumper down to bare metal, went pretty quick with a flap disk. and i sprayed it with rock guard

Haha, no, that's just what his truck looks like most of the time. =P

Truck looking really good since I last checked in. Since then I got myself a 1988 Ranger Ex cab that I plan on doing up as a street truck with offroadability (since its 4wd).

Any updates?

nice work! I like the interior custom job! If I were to do that, I'd have to re-apolster =P have to anyways =P the fabric on mine is all faded!

sorry I havent been posting but not the much progress has happened, i've been working quite a bit on the pre runner and mainly just driving this one. Ill have to make a build thread for the pre runner pretty soon, Ill post up a couple more pics of this truck tonight though, so far i've finally installed some camber bushings and fixed my alignment and the ebrake is all hooked up and functional but thats pretty much it for progress  As soon as winter rolls around progress should really get moving on both trucks again as i have nothing else to do:P

ive slowly still been working away at this project, its been ridiculously warm for january so i was actually able to do a little painting. ill let the pictutres do the talking
