UPDATE: I've got the 2.9L installed on the test stand.....it's going in the shop........errrr.....shed to get de-computerized....

should I adapt three 1-barrels......one each above the 3 down-tubes on the intake.....or........

one 2-barrel on top of the intake with an internal deflector inside the intake to divert the correct amount of fuel/air to each downtube??????

having been a machinist....I figure if I took my time (like I have a choice!).....Simplified plan: I could saw off the "snout" on the front end of the intake & seal that opening. Then I would slice the top of the intake off(the part with the 2.9L E F I logo on it.....then I would block off the 3 vertcal "down-tubes" from each other with 2 baffles.....then I woud cut out holes in the sliced off top piece & bolt 3 single barrel carbs ( motorcycle carbs) over each hole.....connect all three with one linkage....hook up true duals/cats like I did on the V8.......no problem
