Chech out the bumper I just made

The center secteion is from a Mitsubisu Montero and the two outer pices are from a Ford F-150. The lights are KC's. Total cost was $100 for the lights. Bumper also has two tow hooks. What do you think?

where is ur bumper attached to? Im looking to make a bumper myself and I want to attach tow hooks to mine and need a good strong mounting point

I welded it directly to the bumper. It gives it a clean look.

It looks real good. I wouldn't do a whole lot of tugging on those hooks. The stock bumpers were never made for pulling on and the brackets bend real easy.

looks simple and "run of the mill" to me. A stock bumper with a brush guard is all it looks like to me.

Looks good, just wondering if you were planning on painting the truck? The body looks nice and straight. How did you remove the trim around the turn signals? I wanted to match my grill with the body but coudn't get them off. It felt like they were gonna break. Do I have to remove the side signals?

But functional!! And it only cost him for the lights, I think it looks good, dude!

welded to the oem makes it functional to hold them lights.


dont be yankin on that thing...put hooks on the frame and take the ones on there off......unless they are installed properly to the frame and not on the section welded to the oem. from what you say you didnt do any custom mount work, so be careful.

The brush guard is extended through the bumper and is bolted to the frame.
