what gear did you go with in the rear end? 4.56 or higher?

right now it's got 4.56s but as soon as i build a real rear end im going with 4.88s or maaybe 5.13s
 
i have used a kinker with alot of success, grease the die, heat the tube, or fill the tube with sand and cap the ends but its alot of work to save some cash. wont be using it for the cage work in my truck

i definetally didnt do any of that shenanagans..just the took a dremil tool to the 1.5" die to make a perfect fit then swaped the roller things it comes with for tubing that cups the tubing your bending perfectly as well..works great and doesnt take strength from the metal. no ripples or anything. if i had to heat it or pack it with sand i woulda just drove the 4 miles to use the other bender.
 
if I had to make a lot of bends it would drive me crazy, im planning to buy a new bender from lowbucktools.com before I start my cage. love to see a pic of the bender with the mods

That last picture looks too sick. You put the windshield back in? I havent cruised TRS in a while, cool to see so much progress since last time. Dave@Threat has some bolt-in windshield mounts in the works I read on his site, I was thinking of checking that out for my Toyota (yea that's the reason I havent been on, I've been converted).
 
This is an awesome build! Makes me miss my old 97. Looking forward to more progress on this truck!

took it to the desert for the Lucerne 250. had an awesome time. Got to neet dave@threat and got some cool action shots/vids of the truck that i will post later. I blew up the 7.5..aaaagain..and blew a tire. wasn't so bad.

Now that I have a sponsorship type of deal goin with a shop here in Fresno called Fearless Gear I had the truck up in no time and have a new place to work on it.

Why the trailer? No longer street legal?

I am not about to drive 6 hrs away to beat the shenanagans out of it and no way of getting it home if she breaks. Im glad i did to because the rear end took a dump yet again. but i finally have a 9" in the works.

Makes sense, plus the other truck allowed you to carry the dirtbikes.
