Headlight trim piece removal?

how does the black trim piece around the headlight come out?
I have a 1990 ranger 2wd 4 cylinder 5 speed

Well, on 93+ trucks there are hidden screws behind the corner light. No idea on your truck, but you could take the headlight off and see if they hid some scews in there.

I hope you got it figured out. Took me a few hours and a thread on here in order to discover them when I painted my grill and trim.
