Nice purchase brother. Who do you drive for?
I might be getting in to either a Volvo 670 or a Pete 389. Both pretty much loaded.
There are much bigger trucks than that around... the trucks they use at mines would run that over and wonder what the bump was.
I have a 2002 extended cab-shortbox F-150 with the 5.4. I like it, rides nice, gets decent milage and tows like a dream.
Go for the Pete.
Yeah, the Pete sure is pretty. The Volvo has all the comforts of home and more storage than you can shake a stick at.
We'll see what the costs come through like. That will make the biggest part of the decision.
Really? I am glad that KW came along then. I beat it silly and it never complained.I used to drive a Columbia and it was a POS. My co-driver and I drove it 1300 miles to Nashville with an overheating/slipping clutch. Took the Freightshaker dealer 4 days to fix it. That thing never really did drive properly.
