Cams for 4.0 SOHC?

Ive looked at comp cams site, crane cams site, and edelbrock.

that.. and i dont think its correct. anyone know of a higher performance cam for these motors.. i dont really wanna go FI and i dont really have the $ to do those kinds of custom setups..

Haven't heard of any performance cams for the SOHC myself....nor have I gone looking.

And the 4.0 is a 245ci motor, not 240. Think the 240 they're referring to is probably the 3.8L?

That 240 6cly is the straight 6 used in cars and trucks late 60s and 70s. That cam would stick out the front of the block a foot!!

And yep the 240 now hat i think about it was a straight motor, the 300ci being its bib brother

That sure as hell would be alot of work.. But the dumper motors were built considerably beefier..
