2.9 heads interchangable?

i have an 88 2.9 ranger. are the heads interchangable from left to right?

looking uner the my truck with the trans removed it looks like they should but i am not 100% positive on that.

when I upgrade to the WP heads ...I gave them a call...if I remember correctly....thought they said they were. regurdless if they were FMCO heads or WP heads.

you certainly could give them (WP) call to make sure that is the case. pretty sure thay have a tech line.

smart ass. yeah i found one and it dont matter what side they go on. ill have her running in the morning. i wasnt 100% sure if they did so i had to ask around and did some home work to find it out. hey 88bII i never new you could thanks.
