2008 ranger rims/tires

I own a 08 ranger and looking for some cheap but sick looking rims /tire combo.

I kinda want some black ones with a red brim or something along thoses lines.
I also live in Ontario Canada, anyone have any suggestions where to look?
And what size rim and tire should I go with? My trucks black too, no chrome.

31x10.5 would look sweet with those 15" rims

My personal favorite rim is the classic Wagon Wheel. But on the newer models nothing really looks better than some outlaw II's or Classic Cragars
