Getting the skyjacker 4 inch lift. What Shocks?

What shocks should I get to go with the 4 inch Skyjacker lift?

Skyjacker's kits don't. It is the Superlift kits that come with shocks.

I would get the Skyjacker Hydro shocks.

I am sure there are two kits, one with and one without.

If you get Skyjacker shocks, get the Nitros. These are gas-charged.

Bilsteins are much better still (but do cost a bit more).

What makes the Nitros better than the Hydros?

IIRC, the Nitros cool better since they're gas filled, as opposed to oil.... But I may be wrong.

Nitros have rebound....the hydros dont. Gas charged shocks outperform hydro shocks, but are slightly stiffer.

They're oil-filled too, but they also have a separate sliding piston in the end that separates the nitrogen gas from the oil. The pressurized gas keeps the oil from foaming as much (leading to a reduction in damping ability)
