I just got back to my computer, been away for a while.
All to find emails about Fords BS.

I didnt think anyone could do that, if they attack you then all the enthusiastic websites all over the net could suffer.
RPS, chevytalk.org, fordforums.com, chevroletforum.com, what's next the state of florida suing the owners of Tamparacing.com.
There would just be too much controversy over this if they were allowed to get away with it.

Hense the whole reason for enthusiast website, is to help those not in the know, and to show your pride!

As a side note, I'm going to delete any side threads that people create to try and bring the issue back up, so please don't try to do that.
Thanks to everyone that kept this a pretty civil discussion, I honestly expected much worse and have been watching the thread like a hawk.

We need to remember that Jim sent out emails to everyone registered with the site about what was going on. People who haven't been on the site in a while may be coming in to help out and they don't realize that it has already been taken care of. Just politely inform them of the resolution and we should be all set.

i'm sorry i couldn't be there when the guy who designed the front and rear diff covers on the ranger was thinking it up, i just changed the fluid in the front and have to do the back yet and without drain plugs it is quite the pain in the ass. if i had been there during the design, we would certainly have drains. the oil coming out of there was nasty so i guess i'll get the hang of the front one. getting a new read diff cover thank heaven.
