94 Gen3 what interior door panels will fit?

Hi gang; I'm looking at upgrading my manual regulator- to power (if possible) I may just replace the faded panels if the powerthing can't be had. I here a lot of you have switched alsorts of items from rears to temp sensors. I would think a 93-97 swap could work with maybe a small bit of welding or drilling. I tried to do my homework here and even heard of 150 panels fitting.
JFYI I currently have a 2000 econo seat with armrest! not a bad mod if I say so. :) any other swap info would be nice
