For about the past month I haven't had much time to do much of anything, and I know that cuz a month ago my one ebrake cable froze up on my Ranger and for the past two weeks or so the new cable has been riding around in the bed of the truck cuz I just haven't had time to get to it yet.

Well it won't outpull it but man, it pulled with more heart, guts and patriotism. It was a moral victory for the Ford.

And the Ford showed an amount of good loser-ship that no GM would ever be capable of.

Yeah, with an emphasis on sloppy shifting, sloppy steering, weird noises, and bad smells.

Well I only noticed the steering. In the first good curve it felt like it was going to keep going off the outside of the curve and I was afraid to give it too much wheel for fear of the front tires skidding or something. I don't know that it's any more than getting used to a Ford twin beam with a load on it, but it sure feels strange when you are used to driving other things.
