I had to redo the brakes, a complete rebuild job on a '84 Ranger, the only autoparts store in town that had everything I needed, O'Reilly's had.
NAPA didn't have all the parts in stock, would have to order(but would be in at 7:30am the next morning)
AutoZone,
and O'Reilly's had it all except the front brake hose retaining clips.(nobody had those in stock)
I did a fairly complete rebuild of my brakes(minus brake booster), now I know what your thinking, WTF he has a 25 yr old truck, why would anyone have those parts in stock, but O'Reilly's had it.
Very impressed and they will get more of my buisness.
Also O'Reilly's had more employees, I went into AutoZone, and you know, two employees, always at the parts counter, and a long checkout line at the "Checkout Zone" with NO cashier.
WTF Autozone installed their computers facing away from the counters TOWARD YOU? Like WTF they going to make the customers look up their own parts?
