Extensive cracks in radiator fan...

I'm already assuming this is potentially dangerous and needs to be replaced, but I'd appreciate some outside input in case I'm wrong.

Just pulled my water pump and while doing so, I noticed that my radiator fan has a mess of hairline to mms-wide cracks. See pictures:

Is this dangerous or no. Thanks ya'll.
