Looks good from here. As long as it's centered and concentric.
Warped rotor would be there at all speeds. But the frequency of the pulses would change with wheel speed. At 10mph, some people might feel it and some might not. But it would be a slow pulse.I also feel pulsating pushing the brake pedal up against my foot at 10mph. Would warped rotor manifest itself at that low of a speed?
Mine at least was due to an out of round tire in a bad alignment causing a hop that new bearings calmed way down. My DF wheel bearing was loose.I was reading somewhere that one person's cause of pulsation was loose wheel bearings. Not sure how that works but it's an easy check.
