Thank you. Are you running the 6.3 or the 6.36 model?

I ran into the same issue looking for one. I believe I got the 6.3. So far I've noticed a few minor glitches when it first starts up occasionally but nothing super annoying. For the price I'm ok replacing it annually if need be lol. This is really intriguing. I usually gravitate toward pioneer head units for two reasons- 1. I know the operation/ it is familiar because it is what I have used for years. 2. The harness I have created is plug and play.
However, I can’t find a single din that is name brand and setup like the one you used. Any of the name brands have a huge screen that attaches on the front of a single din. I am pretty sure heat is what has killed my last two pioneers. In fact the current one died when I warmed up my truck for about 30 minutes with the heat on while I loaded a trailer. I can’t see one with a screen attached on the front doing better with the heat. I think you have convinced me that a $69 stereo is a good buy.

That looks nice, for me though a volume knob instead of buttons is a mustThat looks a lot like my Power Acoustik CP-71W:

It's nice having in dash navigation on a 1st gen. Surprises people. LOL

Eonon X3U this one has a knob, a coworker had the double din version in his ranger and it was pretty goodI understand. I keep an old school stereo at home for the TV sound for that reason. It does work with the remote.
I wish Pioneer would make a single din android auto. I'd order it immediately. Edit: They do but they're $650 floating display. I doubt there is enough space for that on a 1st gen.
