That's what I've been running on my trucks for years. Not a lot of heavy offroading, and we don't really get snow here, but I've been very happy with them. Put them on the Ranger a couple of times, on the F-100 and dad had them on the F-250. Would have put them back on the F-250 when I replaced them earlier this year, but price was a bit too high for the limited use that the truck sees. Same could have been said about the F-100, but they were cheaper then and I was planning to use the truck a lot more. Turned out to be a good trhing I went cheaper on the F-250 since I'm giving it away soon.
Anyway, if the Ranger goes back lifted 4wd, it'll be getting another set of Wildpeak ATs. The F-150 will most likely get the Wildpeak ATs when it needs tires, still wearing the original Pirelli Scorpions right now. The F-100 will probably get the Wildpeak MTs when it gets rebuilt and the current tires are unsafe, unless I go with a more classic looking offroad tire.
I need to do that to the 6.8 SPC SBR. That rifle with the silencer would be great to use for deer in the back yard. Been saying I was going to do it for a month now but I haven't been any place to do it. I could do it in my back yard, but it's woods like you hunt in, and I don't really have a clear 100 yards to set up a range. Got nothing behind me for over a mile, but about 40 yards to the tree line, and 100 yards past that to my property line. Also by the time I get home from work it's getting too close to dark to get started.
