I loaded up the crock pot with pork stew. The potatoes were outta my garden... those things are amazing.

I forgot to do a plated picture... maybe one of leftovers tomorrow.

Caribbean Jerk Shrimp over some white corn grits... with a little cream cheese in the grits to richen them up and offset the heat.

It's been a long time since I made shrimp and grits. I forgot just how good it is.

Yup, more shrimps. Hit them with a little woodfired garlic and cowboy butter seasoning. Fried rice was jasmine rice with egg, onion, carrots, and celery with a little woodfired garlic on the veggies and a splash of soy sauce. The hash brown patties with some Colby-jack cheese and over-easy eggs and a little grill snack of some stuffed nachos

Found this at the store today... on sale... cheap.

So i made burnt end nachos.

Will work this one into another meal plan soon.

Thick cut pork chops, seasoned with steakhouse seasoning and grilled over charcoal with a bit of cherry wood for smoke flavor.
