At the beginning of this post you mentioned Swamp Lake and a long trail...
The reason I asked if you ever made it to the trail -- jokingly of course -- is that I saw nothing resembling a "trail."
I did see some awesome images of some crazy dude climbing over lots of large-ass boulders.

That looks like the tent I have. Arb Simpson 2- but I know 4wp was having a killer sale on the new arb tent. I really like mine, but it took me forever to realize that the poles around the entrance have a twist lock feature to extend them and add some tension on the overhang canopy.

Got tired of straightening my tie rod so I clearanced some things and moved everything up one setting. Hopefully it helps.

this cage configuration on my b2 was developed from wheeling out there where you are now with a decent group of crawler rangers over the first part of the 2000s it allows me to still put a hard top on it if I want to.

i am not sure what I am doing with my ol ranger, but it will be incorporated in the next chapter of whatever I do.

i ran rec tube on the inside so it can be cab isolated and utilize the body mounts.

of course rust is a never resting enemy where I reside....hard to keep it from rotting. at least you can build it and not worry about it again.


maybe I can get a detail pic of the rectangle tie ins for clarity if you have interest.
