Think I'm gonna try this recipe tonight...

No thanks. By the way... did you catch one of those earlier today? If not, you'll need to order a pizza.

I actually made pulled pork.

Not sure how it even got to that fish video. Just ended up glued on YouTube and couldn't put it down.

I did BBQ chicken legs and coleslaw with apples and peppers.

Today for lunch was leftover pulled pork and coleslaw street tacos. This should seriously be on someone's restaurant menu.

I don’t have a picture, as the meatballs are currently in the oven…
I’m making meatballs, sausage, pasta, cheesy garlic bread, and salad.

First burgers outdoors on the grill of the season/year... blowing 40mph, took twice as long as it should have to cook with the wind. But at least I wasn't shivering and trying to do it in the snow... No pix, just a common ole burger, hand full of chips and cottage cheese.

No pics, we were on the patio grilling and my phone was up the house when the thunderstorm hit and I didn’t think my phone was important enough to get soaked fetching. I say we because a couple buddies stopped over and we grilled some hot sausages with onions and peppers. It was a pretty good thunderstorm, very theatrical as it was put. Wasn’t windy at all so we were rather comfortable under the roof of the patio.

I said no more turkey until Thanksgiving...

They had turkey breasts BOGO at the local grocery store. Who am I to say no...

breakfast for dinner - bacon, eggs, hash brown patty (I didn't buy it - but frozen doesn't look like it has preservative hell), toast, decaf coffee.

Yes I am one of those people who puts ketchup and tabasco on my eggs - I started that after working at a truck stop as a line cook and cooking a 1,000 eggs every sunday morning (figure average - 500 orders of 2 egg breakfasts).

Pork & bourbon.

** Although to be fair.. only the pork was for dinner. The bourbon is just a sleep aid lol.
