What’s for dinner tonite!

No crockpot.
Got a stove today however.
Now I just need to put it in my kitchen and plug it in.
I just started a thread titled " Pay It Forward"
If you read it you will understand me getting a stove today.

My Mom used to make Ham, Mac-n-cheese casserole when I was kid. I didn't much care for it. My Mom was not much of a cook.
Her Ham, Mac-n-cheese casserole always had water in it for some reason.

Super Bowl Sunday... seemed like the day to to splurge on a couple more chicken wings then I needed.

They were 360 calories each.
And yes I was disappointed.
I had a big 1170 calories total to eat yesterday.

The sodium is the killer of those prepared foods… you probably had 150% of your recommended daily sodium there

I believe that.
The best part about that is I don't add salt to my food.

Okay so my supper last night had 940mg = 41% sodium daily value. And 360 calories each.
I had 2 trays with some bread and a 12oz. can of coke.
The coke has 140 calories with 45mg = 2% sodium daily value.
White bread is 80 calories a piece. I don't know the sodium.
So my math of 1170 was off by a little bit.
4 pieces of bread at 80 = 320.
720+140+320=1110 calories

Tonight's supper is

Hungry-Man:
Calories 490 a tray.
Sodium 1450mg = 63% daily value a tray.
Most likely will still eat 2 trays.
4 more pieces bread.
And today chocolate milk. Don't know the counts for chocolate milk.

I did buy half a gallon of vitamin d chocolate milk. I then cut it into four and filled each of those half gallon jugs with 2% regular milk.
Because I think they had too much chocolate to the chocolate milk.

You are entitled to your opinion. But...

There is no such thing as "too much chocolate".

With that being said, 80% or more of what I drink is tap water.
