I know of someone (one of Lisa’s friends) died in an accident. Instead of doing a roadside memorial, the family bought the totaled truck back from insurance and had friends and family sign the truck in paint marker and set it in their yard as a memorial. I think there was even talk of fixing it enough to be legally and safely driveable without removing any of the signaturesMight be a little morbid in relation to political signs. I always felt the same way about people that put up memorials on the side of the road or at the edge of someone's property.
I get it, you brother died in a car crash, but in a day or two this is just going to look at like pile of trash on the side of the road.
Why don't you put it in your own yard where you can look at it and appreciate it.
