TRS Event TRS 25th Anniversary Fall Adventure - Land Between The Lakes - September 5th – 8th, 2024

It's always a great time. I really enjoyed the whole week. Love getting to see everyone in person. Makes the group closer. Thanks @Jim Oaks for TRS and hosting these events. Thanks again to @Uncle Gump, @ericbphoto, and @Poppa_R for the pizza. As always delicious. Thanks to @Mrs. Eighty Five, @85_Ranger4x4 and the crew for the biscuits and gravy. As always I have a super time seeing everyone and look forward to the next time.

context.

there was the beginnings of a rape... which spurred the mention.

farm hand recognized the fact ducks are indeed rapey bastards... but these particular style ducks were far less rapey.

facts on the farm.

and....yeah you cant take me anywhere

1) It was fricken hilarious. We laughed about it for the rest of the weekend.

2) We'll take you everywhere because you're incredibly entertaining.

3) I wouldn't change anything about you.

I’m a city kid, but riddle me this

Why doesn’t it surprise me that the guy who put a Hummer engine in his Ranger and uses grocery cart barricades for doors, that that’s the same guy who knows all about the different kinds of ducks and chickens, and the details of how the ducks rape the chickens.

Some people just know all the important stuff.

I pulled in the driveway about an hour ago. Took the necessities out of the truck, washed my face and sat down to cool off and relax. Of course Lincoln was with me.

I just had to share the other side of the Tasmanian devil.

Maybe I should’ve scratched his belly up there

glad all of you had a good time & made it home safe. thanks for posting your stories & the great pictures  (y)

That has yet to begin...

I'm starting to feel guilty. I was home and the truck unloaded before noon Sunday. Evansville, Indiana is an easy 2 hour drive. Some of you had a LOONNNGGGG way to go. At any rate, glad that everyone arrived home safely and without issue!

That's for sure. Especially the Vagabonds swapped a lot of photo and video footage.

Edit; some Vagabond swapping got done. Not all were available and aware of it when it happened.

I second 85…. I still haven’t done my big photo dump.

We made it home at about 2300 last night. I got the truck and trailer unpacked today. Fall maintenance begins tomorrow. Maybe I'll have time to hose the mud off the truck as well.
