Take it it doesn't freeze well?

Even if it did, I’m not big on freezing leftovers. There’s more important things to use freezer space for. The hole 4# of burger makes in the freezer is not really enough for the leftovers. I’d rather fill the hole with more burger. My buddy buys whole cows and whole pigs and I get to chip in for some of the meat. Add in other frozen stuff I get in bulk and freezer space becomes a premium real quick. One pound of burger, one can of corn, and one pack of potatoes makes enough to feed me for at least 4 meals, it’s very filling, especially if you have some garlic bread with it. After 4 meals of it in a couple days I’m ready for something else. I like variety.

I decided to cook for myself tonight instead of eating a frozen dinner.

Mild italian sausage with mushrooms and carrots.

​

Once that was cooked I added Prego Tomato Basil Garlic spaghetti sauce.

​

Put it on spaghetti....

And rhen added some shredded mozzarella cheese and had some baked Ciabatta bread with cheese.

I made Jagerschnitzel again. Good thing I joined a gym today.

Raw peanuts, boiled in salted water for 15minutes, then roasted @325 for 15 minutes.

I usually make corned beef and cabbage on St Patrick's Day. This year wasn't different.

Our kids were suppose to come over but my pregnant wasn't feeling up to it. Needless to say... lotsa leftovers.

I like it... in smaller quantities. Cause it don't like me much... if ya know what I mean.

My daughter loves it... so I'll run some leftovers over there tomorrow.

Gonna cut up some of the potatoes and meat for a little corned beef hash... and save enough meat to make the wife and I a couple Rubens for dinner too.

Three meals out of one crock pot full of goodness.
