30-31 Model A

Got the TKX and a mid shift for the car a week or so ago, forgot what final gear it is but in 5th and about 2000-2200 rpm will be about 72-75 mph with 3.90 gears in the 9 inch from a 79 lincoln I got blasted and primed in weld thru primer for the car. Hopefully soon the chassis will be done and can go for blasting and powder coating.

Wouldn't louvers defeat the propose of a shroud?

They don't need a shroud like that its a looks thing, if anything there would be more air flow through the veins when driving coming through the louvers instead of bottle necking at the fan. Yes its gonna spin and move air when the fan is running which will be on when key on sure the shroud is more for idle and creates a vacuum kinda when not moving down the road, but with an electric fan its not entirely necessary when its moving I have seen plenty of car with louvers in the shroud with big block cars and cars with no shroud at all.

It just keeps adding up.... I really wish the economy would turn around..... think about how much I could get done without spending as much a month on groceries and gas....
