Carlisle called me today, and I’m good with the trailer. They told me to go to gate one, which is the big rig entrance, and then they re-sticker me and redirect me to The Ranger Station. I hope to be there almost when they open up on Friday, but remember I’m an old fart and I’ll be driving at least 11 hours on Thursday, and then I have to deal with the trailer in the woods because of the coupler.
The Carlisle guys have been great. I’m not sure if this maneuver is to help me from not having to wiggle the truck around with just the little trucks at the normal registration gate, or it may be that the guy is sneaking me in with the trailer and sneaking me over to TRS. If it is the latter, I think we all need to lay low so we don’t get this guy in trouble.
I’m just happy I can be there with all the junk. I’m really looking forward to it.
Where’s the link for The Road Ranger shirts?
