Got the holiday weekend started off right.

Made some potato salad and doctored up some bushes beans.

I made these the other night. Some folks don't like lamb... I happen to love it.

Lamb sliders with homemade tzatiki and kalamata olives on a pretzel bun... tots with the same sauce. Definitely a do again soon at our house...

Father's Day Brunch

I'll call it leftovers fratada...

Last couple days leftovers... peppers...onions...mushrooms...potatoes...asparagus...one sweet Italian sausage...a bit of left over rib eye... all in the pan.

6 beaten eggs poured over...

Add some cheese and into the oven... 350 for 15 minutes.

Delicious...

But now I have leftovers of my leftovers.
