SOLVED: 90 Bii rear driver wheel cylinder wont bleed

Is that the valve inside the drivers side frame, behind the front axle, that goes to the rear brakes ?

Yes it is! They can get stuck closed and some are completely stuck to the point you need to either pull it apart and rebuild/clean up or buy a reman like I did to save time and tackle other obstacles

Take out the valve and connect the brake lines directly. Result is no Anti Lock brakes. Not worth the danger of locking up on snow, ice or flood water where I am.

That is welcome news to me fellas, I have been unable to get that sorted out for a long time now.
Can I just remove the contraption and connect the lines that's left? or will I need another line and fittings to connect them

You're going to need a line and fittings to connect them together. Use caution while driving if you are going to do this. Emergency braking(heavy braking) from any of the many situations that can occur on the road will possibly lock your brakes up and make it so you lose control of your steering wheel. As you could probably assume, this may cause a most undesirable result(an accident/loss of life or someone else's). This is regardless of terrain and weather settings as hitting the brakes hard will lock your rear up and if you turn too hard during this you could flip your vehicle(especially if it's a Bii).
