Cannot locate a diagram with proper color codes that match mine?(Green,Brown,Black) for ( brakes and turn signal bulb socket) having trouble with turn signals flashing at the same time ?
and seems like a power draw when turn signals are on the brakes applied? ( flasher slows down? )

1994 has separate turn signal bulbs, called a 3-wire system

1994 Diagram below

There is no connection between brake lights and turn signals in 1994
So if flasher speed changes with brake lights on then system voltage is low or one of the turn signal bulbs or brake light bulbs has a poor ground

What's the voltage at battery key off(before starting it in the morning) and then engine running?

A good battery will be 12.3v to 12.8volts key off, 12.2v or lower is a failing battery
Engine running should be 13.5v to 14.8volts, never lower than 13.5volts

1994 has 2 Flashers, the one on the front of cab fuse box is turn signals
There is one on the back of cab fuse box for 4-way flashers
