I put a flex fuel injector in it and its running on all 6 now. Still smells a little rich but I'm going to call it good until I see what kind of mileage it is getting. Thank you for you help. I really appreciate it.

I was having the same issue,come to find out that the guy before me replaced the engine from a late 2000 eng code v whitch is flex fuel and flex fuel injectors shoot a bigger spray pattern and the code u was not FF,also the ff inj are grey in color and the gas are green and supposedly 1998 only,i dont know if this helps or not,Good luck man.
