I defentaly like the fact that your shop is so organized. If I were you I would add on a little bedroom and bathroom. Get your self a good sized beer fridge a bbq and a microwave and I dont see any reason why you would ever need to leave.

while up where i am, my workshop is a parking lot at a college. ill take some pics of my pops garage next time i go home.....a little over a week, its verrrrryyyyy cramped in there

Yeah, I'd rather not talk about the heating bill. I keep it 40-45 deg in the winter. Let's just say I'm on a first name basis with every driver that delivers propane from my local supplier....
