The factory fuel economy meter has been pretty accurate on the last 6 or so Fords we’ve owned.

Not on mine now. Since I've been towing quite a bit it's all confused. Said I was out here and you can see I jad over an 1/8th a tank left. To be far I've never reset the fuel economy on the truck

Towing will usually screw up the DTE calculator for the rest of that tank of gas. There’s a way to change the DTE calculator back to normal... scroll through the settings.

My 14 Ram was the same way until I shut it off and refueled it when I was pulling my trailer and Mustang to Tennessee and back. The light would come on and say low fuel even though I had atleast 20-30 miles left. It would say 20 then 2 miles later 11 then another 2 just low fuel.

Im not sure any of these vehicles can calculate accurately when towing.

Someone from jersey came up here, tried whipping some shittys on a sand bar at low tide, got absolutely buried, couldn't be recovered before the tide came in.. and it sat in the ocean for like 3 days lol.

That has got to be one of the dumbest things I’ve ever heard. If you don’t stop now, it will become a more commonly heard phrase and we will all be collectively dumber because of it. You don’t want to be part of the reason why our average IQ drops, do you?
