Nothing yet. I’m going to look at an old Honda sub compact with a loader later this week.

Just FYI in my opinion sub compacts are a PAIN to work on. I’d rather pull a 13.5L out of a 4wd tractor than service a compact. Not to turn you away @Roert42 just keep in mind future work.

Yeah, in general the little guys are a PITA if you do anything other than drive them.

This is what I ended up with.
Gas Honda with 4WD and locking rear, four wheel turn. Got a loader bucket with a detachable toothbar, a rock bucket, and a rear ballast box.

Everything seems to work well. It maneuvers well in the tight spots too.

Very nice. A loader is SO helpful. I’m getting pallet forks next week and adding a plate to my bucket and hooks to the bucket and quick hitch

Yeah, I’ve been doing a lot of landscaping at my house by hand. I figured this would cut down a few years on my timeframe for having the yard all done.

A loader can be really useful, after we got a loader tractor (1966 deere 1020) I wondered how we ever lived without one, What we did have & use was a boom pole on the 3-point hitch. My 2 tractors are a 1942 allis-chalmers “c” with a 6’ woods belly mower and a 1963 ford 2000 (with a 172 that a 4000 series would of had instead of a 134). My yard is so wet I cant even use the lawn deere to mow, let alone a 3,000 pound allis/woods. Been thinking of a 3-point finish mower for the ford, it uses more gas but is a lot easier getting on & off plus has live pto. The garage is a bit crowded now, I need a lean to on the side for my tractors & the lawn deere.

@Roert42 while that is an impressive amount of clearing you have accomplished by the location to a tar road I almost would have left a buffer myself all midst arguing over curb appeal… but very nice progress!!
@racsan how wet of a swamp do you live in the riding more needs tire chains to cut!?!? Feel like you own uncle Ben’s rice or something

I put the chains on the lawn deere right before I moved in october, mostly to keep track of them. ( ever moved? you cant find a lot- for awhile!) I do have a snow blade for the deere, but the bigger ford is much better at that. My yard was a field at one point, drainage isnt the best. I plan to put some tile in, for now most of the front yard is wet. Weve had a lot of rain in the last month. Maybe this weekend I will take the chains off, then again when doing the ditch (that the allis wont be able to do) chains might be helpful. I need to get chains for the ford for next winter.

@wildbill23c man order the kits yourself and instal they really aren’t that big of a deal. A W. R. Long 3rd function removes a hydraulic line and fitting, installs 2 hoses to valve and 2 hoses through loader frame and get a fuse saver for power. Weld the tab on the front and repaint. 2-3 hours tops. I’ve put dozens on. Rear remotes are pretty much same practice.

Been thinking about doing so, but at this point, I can't even get the mid mount mower that was supposed to have come with the tractor almost 9 months ago, so holding off on getting anything more from the dealer at this point, and I don't have anything right now that I need remotes for. I believe there's already a tab on the loader to mount a 3rd function valve up there, I'd have to double check, but if the mower ever shows up I'll see about getting the 3rd function kit at least. rear remotes aren't all that important as I don't have anything that needs them...eventually I'd like to get the hydraulic top link for the box blade, and pickup a grapple for the loader.

Im thinking of adding a cylinder to my back blade so I can change the angle from the seat, I cant spin it around backwards anyways, just angle from one side to the other or straight. Whoever had the blade before me put it on too big a tractor and bent things a little. Id love to get a 3-point tiller but they aren’t easy to find used and very expensive new, I have a old wheel horse with a tiller though.

That’s the reason the guy gave for selling the Honda, said he couldn’t find a tiller for less then 4K, and it was too small for what he wanted.

For about the amount he would have paid for just the tiller he bought a brand new Kubota with a loader and tiller.
