User not found and have to get new password every visit.

When I try to log in, I get a message saying "user not found". To be able to log in, I have to reset my password. I check the box to keep me signed in but every time I leave the site I'm logged out. This is a vicious cycle. I checked my browser settings and they are not set to clear log ins or cookies. I cleared cache, cookies, and reset my browser (Firefox) with no changes. This has been going on since the forum change. I have been ignoring it because I haven't had time to spend on forums in a couple years. Now that I can check things out again it's becoming an inconvenience.

No, I have had the same user name since I signed up many years ago. Nothing has changed not even my email.

Looking at your print screen and comparing to your screen name, the print screen doesn't have the underscores like your screen name. ben_2_go as opposed to ben2go. That would make a very big difference to a program and could be your problem.

That would be my assumption too. Try it with underscores or your email address and let me know if it works
