What did you do to your Ranger today? (Part Deux!)

Just went to work and back today, Yesterday I used it to test the lights on the flatbed, was getting tired of using the magnetic mount set and decided to put a permanent setup on the trailer, tractor show coming up this weekend and will be using it. As much as Id like to use the ranger, the escape is better suited to the task with more horsepower and more importantly, bigger/better brakes.

Was intending on working on the red Ranger today after work but after the chain of events that leads us to this moment, it’s probably better that I didn’t. Plus I don’t feel well, haven’t since lunch. So there’s always tomorrow. On the plus side, the AC condenser and suction line came today and I got the new thermostat and some ATF. Still waiting on the orifice tube and I’m thinking about ordering a shift kit for the A4LD. Was going to order the Superior kit until I discovered they have two kits and I’m not sure which would be more appropriate. Saw the Transgo kit, but the superior looked like there were more parts

This is more of a "What did you do to your toolbox today" post but I think it still fits.

Why is your tool box so clean? :icon_confused:

It's not obvious in the pic but the car gets cranked down pretty hard on the suspension to reduce bump slack. We have been slowly gathering components to convert the trailer to tire straps, though.

When I tow my '90 around I put a chain over the top of the axle tube, under the pumpkin then over the other axle tube, then tie down in an angle to wherever I can. In the front I go around the knuckles usually, sometimes inside, sometimes outside the coil I think... I don't do mud so it works for me :). Mud can get iffy and have seen problems with single rear chain like that with mud...

I thought about it (my truck). Do you think it knows I’m thinking about it?

Works great for the rear although ideally it is better to have a chain on each corner so if one has a problem you still have one.

Have you told it?

I walked by and caressed it sensually as I looked upon it with puppy eyes… Do you think that was enough, or should I have been more aggressive?

Your pants should of been off at least.

Write it a few love letters, maybe serenade it with a love song or 2.

Love songs are for teenagers, my lady’s in her 30’s and she has taste. She prefers outlaw country. When I’m putting my hands in or on her parts, lubing her up and getting all up in her, she doesn’t resist. If I don’t… Well that’s when she gives me attitude!

I love you all.
