You might put some kind of pad between the two.

If you shuve them little anti fog strips in the case between the camera and case, they take away alot of vibration seen on the camera... and fog obviously. The vibration effect is the camera being loose in the case.

Usually if they are shaking bad enough to rattle in the case the video is junk anyway.

As a rule I try to keep mine as tight as I can and use as few connector pieces as I can.

I use my gopro on my kayak when shark fishing in the surf. I'm bouncing through 6 foot waves so it's getting hammered. My videos on 4k were awful because of the camera moving in the case. Put the strips in and it steadied the shot like 50%. 1080, 720, as you went down in quality the less it mattered.

I have a hero 5 which looks like what you have. Just saying...

My tractors are merciless for vibration, like at the worst the video just starts rolling like a old out of tune tv.

Not to brag but I have a Hero2 and a Hero5...
