Slammed it into the side of my moms brand new edge.
Went to help shovel out the driveway, no room to park on the street because of the snow mounds so I parked on the gravel side of the driveway (one side is paved, one side is gravel). Shoveled everything and went to move the truck back so I could at least attempt to shovel the gravel side and the truck immediately went full sideways instead of backwards. Wasn't going fast and I stopped but the gravel side is on a slant so the truck just sorta kept sliding down and right into the side of the edge.
Gonna be a fun insurance claim. No damage to the ranger but the edge has a nice big gouge in the passengers side rear door from the corner of my bumper sliding down it. Not a dent, a gouge. No way its fixable with anything less than a new door or door skin.
That door was actually already replaced once from someone hitting her in a parking lot.
She's Not speaking to me. I can't afford to fix it out of pocket so im trying to make sure my insurance understands I was totally at fault and pays it without effecting her rates.
