What did you do to your Ranger today? (Part Deux!)

Soap helps but everyone in a shop or near by knows when a diff has been opened with heavily used GL-5. Cloth left in a shop with this smell will start to take on that fowl odor and is so easily recognized. The really bad ones smell will stick around for a day or two in my experience.

Round two on the camp ground exploration excursion. Steered the 2011 Northeast this time to Clear Creek and Cook Forest State Parks. Clear Creek was a and RV camper's paradise. Tent camping, not so much. Cook Forest has a lot of promise to it, even though the area is a bit of a tourist trap. Shops everywhere but far enough from the Park that people shouldn't become annoying. So, two good Parks in two days, one with potential, and three that got the NFW stamp. All at about a 2 hour drive to get to.

Over the weekend it got a well deserved bath

That’s going to be today for the 2011. A whole bunch of bugs rammed into the leading edges of my truck over the weekend. Poor bastards must have had nothing to live for...

I can't afford to build a special truck washing garage like that.

Use mine, it holds three semis at once for the washing.

Oh wait. You have a 3.No.

Nvm.

:thefinger:

Sure. Rub it in. You have all the cool stuff. Big truck washing shop, 480V 3-phase power, materials that go “kaboom”, Plants that eat non-plant critters.

I might have to fight you one day.

He probably needs the fancy wash bay to keep all the 2.9 excretions from collecting on his truck...
