Murder Hornets

I’m learning soooo much. And I’m gonna believe it all because I see it right here on the interwebz.

Bees and hornets and wasps. Oh my!

I read somewhere that there are several hundred types of bees in western Canada. Only about a dozen sting. But that was a long time ago, and who knows how true.
I have personal experience with about 1/2 dozen different types that I've run into doing renovations on various worksite.

Sorry Ron, but not even close to true. There used to be 12 different species of pollinating bee native to North America. Now there are six species that are nearly extinct, and six that have already gone extinct.

No, there were no Honeybees in North America until 1622, there were plenty of "bees", wasps and other flying insects that do pollination duty
Point was the "murder hornet" likes Honeybees, and God forbid, we lose them here, there would still be pollination insects
"We" just prefer the dual duty, actually triple duty Honeybees, honey, pollination and Bees Wax

And apparently there are 4,000 species of "bees" native to North America, according to Bug Guide: https://bugguide.net/node/view/475348

That's ALOT O' BEES, I guess the "bee club" doesn't have alot of restrictions, they let anyone in, lol

I guess thats how the Dodge Super Bee got in :)

Thats the way we can "get" these "murder hornets", lets see how that match up to a Super Bee windshield at say 70MPH

What's the last thing to go thru a murder hornets mind when it hits the windshield?
It's STINGER

I’m betting on a cracked windshield.

And a dead hornet

Duh... I’m at a junkyard getting a window. You know how popular dildos are in junkyards.

Not buying that excuse, it’s clearly in a yard, not a junkyard, lol

And just as an aside, honeybees are not native to North America, they were brought here from Europe in 1622 to the East coast, and 231 years later they reached the West Coast, naturally

So they are technically an invasive species, but only minor ill effects on local environment, and we wanted them, well wanted the honey, lol

It also means all plants native to North America never relied on bees for pollination, because there weren't any here, for millions of years
On the same note many plants that have relied on pollination from those european bees were brought to north america within the same time frame besides corn lol

People really need to learn to take better care of their dildos... we're in the midst of a national crisis people. Come on!

Those are old junkyard dildos. Not recent throw always....
How many have you found in the junkyard?
