1989 Ford Ranger XLT Only 3rd Brake not Working

Does anyone know if there is a cargo light/3rd brake light unit that would bolt on an 89 that would allow me to wire in the 3rd brake light? I would like to have the extra brake light here in SoCal to give me extra protection against people's lead feet. California drivers are crazy.
