Kinda striking out so far.

Wife got her dad to make to a stand for a fish tank which is awesome and I got a WWII ship book (on the USS Ward)

I got a Snap-On electric knife (for like cutting meat) and we got a new fridge from her parents.

So basically all I have so far is a fish tank stand (I have a tank for it) and a book. Everything else is kitchen stuff or stocking stuffer stuff.

Mom came down with the flu last night so my side is on hold for the moment.

I got some big happy smiles, a back scratcher on a telescoping handle like those mechanic's magnets, a couple of old school Star Trek action figures NIB, new Z-pro creeper, some cash that will probably turn into a welder, and there was something else, but I can't remember what it is.

3 months ago I was drilling with a hand held drill, the cheap chinese bit broke and I stuck the busted drill into my index finger (luckily just ripped the flesh open and missed the bone) after much cussing and blood swore off bits for a while... not to mention a different 1 that bent from over pushing.

was a running joke around the shop for a while especially when FIL came over for beers... well he got me 1 of them expensive steel drill bit sets and guy at store said if he breaks 1 of these bits ....

YAHHH no more chinese tin bits... this set is steel, made in USA and weighs 5 pounds...lol

also, custom ford oil dipstick, metal garage sign for wall, V8 emblems, mustang front end keychain holder that screws onto the wall. box of beer and a bottle of whiskey.... great year !!!

I bought myself a new to me laptop. Now I can finally play Crysis and maybe Doom2016. Its a ROG I7 960m, paid $C400 used. Also finally installed my snowplow I bought last year around Xmas time.

xmas... set 1/4" drive sockets in 6 & 12 point, (still in transit, ... santa late here) new electric probe tester for fault finding ... volt meter, and a new set of door sills for the truck to be put in when i get off lazy ass and get to finish putting the doors on the truck!!!
