I make use of that same program to do an outside scan of my system as well in unison with my antivirus program,

this ransomware can go right by your anti-virus program as it can't be seen at all, it is vicious.

here is a screenshot I took of the recycle bin, the wsf you forwarded to me is highlighted, it is long gone now, but the damage is done.
