Coolant I spilled on the header when I installed the last heater hose.

Awesome. :) it doesn't need exhaust. :D

Its not getting a whole lot of exhaust...but the open Y-pipe is a bit much.

It will be 3" from the y pipe through a Thrush welded and out through the original stack in the bed.

Previously it was stock cats, into 2.5" then 3" stack (no muffler)...it gets old quick in the woods.lol

I didn't take many pictures..lol

Its way easier to get tools out than it is to put them away...Step one...pile all the tools in one area...step two....divide by type/home...step three....transfer smaller piles to location closer to home......step four....put in respective homes.

The new Ranger got few updates too! Scored a cap for dirt cheap, its light, leak free, and the sides open for easy access to the whole bed. Its hard to find them with all clear sides that open...heck its hard to find a cheap cap with all the windows intact.lol

Having a lift makes everything easier...

Ill be lifting the whole bed back off later this week to replace the dry rotted filler neck....explains my EVAP code.

It came with the strobe...figured why not.lol I wired it up to an open hole in the fuse box and added a 3 pin plug in the bed with ground, switched pwr (strobe), and constant pwr (for dome light).

I didn't want an obvious switch panel or anything, so I mounted an OEMish looking switch on the column close to all the other light switches.

Then put my super sweet snow tires on...

OF course the Dingo was there to help

I love the switch location. Nice and tucked out of the way. That style cap is nice cuz they're fairly light. I can take off and put on mine on my 8ft box by myself if I really need too.

Nice. Did you have a prediction on how much power you'd be making?

Id be happy to see 180HP/260LB-FT with just this motor build....hoping for 200HP/300LB-FT with the blower and a tune.

Honestly I am just guessing.lol
