How many here own...

Sorry I haven't been on in a while, I just moved. I own a 2000 Ford Expedition 4x4. Gotta love that 5.4L.

92 f150 302 just bought it for three bones first big truck I ever owned and I still aint driven it yet three weeks n countin

I have a full size 87 Bronco II and full sized 02 Explorer if that counts.

My grandparents owned a 1988 Ford F-250 4x4 460 automatic, supercab longbed. They were retired and used it to travel all over the country pulling a 21' travel trailer. The truck and trailer both were given to my aunt and uncle. Still on the original untouched 460 and transmission. Only things that have been done are routine maintenance, tires, brakes, belts, tensioner pulley alternator, ignition switch. Everything else is still original. Last time I drove it, late 2012 the odometer had just rolled over again so its pretty close to 400,000 miles now I'm sure. Love that truck, and about the only time I use it now is when I want to haul firewood. I'm just glad that its still in the family.

It doesn't get anything for gas mileage but it will pull or haul anything you want with it.

Two weeks ago I got to crush a 2001 F-250 at the scrapyard. It got burned up when the cruise control shorted out. Ford recall. It was really fun doing the crushing. I never have got to do that before.

Jeese...why is this old post being opened up again???....lol

Neither are fullsize.

A regular Bronco or Expedition would be their fullsize counterpart.

Down through the decades I have owned:
69 F100, 1st ride
81 F150
68 F100
90 F150
69 F250
Both 69's had the 360 V-8, so no mpg there to brag about. The other 3 had the 300 I-6 and got 18 mpg on the highway and 14-15 in town, no matter how I drove or what I was hauling...that was a great engine, carbed or fuel injected.

I own a 2006 Expedition XLT 4x4. Easily the nicest vehicle with my wife or I have ever had. The Ranger is still the "cool truck" though.

I used to have an 88 F-150, it finally died out on me, but I gave it away to some people who would put the time and effort into fixing it.
